I have tested your issue on latest FF release (50.1.0) and latest Nightly build and could not reproduce it. I have looked into the provided links and nothing seems blurry from my end. Also I've looked into the test case, but I'm able to see that the image is broken and nothing is blurry. Can you please retest this using latest FF release and latest Nightly build (https://nightly.mozilla.org/) and report back the results ? When doing this, please use a new clean Firefox profile, maybe even safe mode, to eliminate custom settings as a possible cause (https://goo.gl/PNe90E).

I don't see any tripadvisor advertisements on the given URLs. The ads I get looks local for my region - I'm guessing the ads you get depends on the geo location.
