Our First run page for nightly emphasizes collaboration through One and Done (decommissioned) and promotes Open Badges which needs Persona to be used (decommissioned). A more textual content like on the whatsnew page would also allow easier updates. So this bug is for the moment a reminder that we need to update that page in Q1 with new content and probably a more flexible test-friendly design.
