Taking a bug (i.e. assigning it to yourself) now seems to require three clicks:
1) Click on the "Take" button next to the Assignee field.
2) Click on "Edit Bug" in the top-right corner.
3) Click Save Changes.
Until recently, it only required two clicks:
1) Click on the "Take" button next to the Assignee field.
2) Click Save Changes.
(I don't recall exactly, but I think clicking "Take" automatically changed the top-right corner from "Edit" to "Save Changes".)
I consider this a regression, since a core workflow action that used to only require two clicks now requires three.

This behavior hasn't changed -- it did this before when the bug said "Edit".
The "Save changes" button appears near the bottom of the list of fields.
However I think it would make sense to move that 'save changes" up to the top, next to the Edit button
when a minor update is produced.

Oh, my bad. Did the "Save Changes" button move from the top to the bottom? *Something* feels different from before that made me not find the two-click workflow right away.

The UX has changed since this bug was filed. And you can choose the option to always open in "edit bugs".
