Can I ensure that the flag added in bug 1321676 can be set to ? by anyone for the components listed? One of our team just tried and couldn't.
Also one of the email addresses listed is wrong, it was given as:
kmaglione@mozilla.com
But it should be:
kmaglione+bmo@mozilla.com

I think the problem may be that blocking flags just aren't shown in the new UI. I tried switching to the old UI and can now both see and set the flag.

Can you show an example of this? I don't see this on either UI on bug 1321676

This is an issue with the modal UI specifically in that all 'blocking' type flags are not visible and not editable.
