Now that the compact dark theme has landed, I would like to explore if it is suitable for people who use dark themes for accessibility purposes. We should at the very least understand where the theme is deficient, and consider making changes in future versions to make this new theme more useful in this way.

This isn't really related to compact themes anymore now that UI density has been decoupled from dark/light themes. If there are a11y issues with the dark/light theme we should address them as/when they come up. I'm not sure it's worth doing an audit at this point, so going to be bold and close as wfm. Marco, checking in that that sounds OK to you?

Yes, sounds fine. I suspect this will mostly be stuff I cannot deal with, or won't even notice, anyway, since I presume this is mostly for visuals? If so, Yzen is the best person on our team to contact for this.
