[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Visit Twitch.tv and login using Facebook
[Expected result]:
- Login is successful.
[Actual result]:
- User was not successfully logged in with Facebook account.
[Regression range]:
- This is not a regression.
[Additional information]:
- The following message appears when trying to login using Tor browser:
> "You have been blocked from using Twitch. Please visit the Support Center for more information on why you may have been banned."

With pref 'privacy.firstparty.isolate.restrict_opener_access' set to 'false' this is no longer an issue. Marking as WFM. Also removing tracking status for 52 and 53 since this does not affect normal users.
