[Note]:
- After Block playback feature will be enabled by default, users might fell confused by the fact that sometimes a call or a chat message will be blocked and the sound notification is released after the tab is being focused for the first time, and sometimes, a call or a chat message won't be blocked or notified.

- Nightly 54.0a1 

[Affected platforms]:
- All

[Pre-requisites]:
Pin a tab with Facebook (after being logged in)
Pin a tab with Gmail (after being logged in)
Pin a tab with Skype for web(after being logged in)
Pin a tab with Telegram (after being logged in)
In a normal tab navigate to any website of your choice
Close Firefox

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox
2. Wait for someone to write something on your Facebook account
3. Receive a call on your Facebook account
4. Receive a message on Gmail account
5. Receive a call on your Gmail account
6. Receive a message on Skype 
7. Receive a call on Skype
8. Receive a message on Telegram

[Expected result]:
- All social media notifications should be aligned.

[Actual result]:
- step 2 - no Play tab indicator, no sound after
- step 3 - Play tab indicator is shown but there is no sound when the the tab is focused
- step 4 - no Play tab indicator, no sound after
- step 5 - Play tab indicator is shown and sound is "released" after focusing the tab
- step 6 - no Play tab indicator, no sound after
- step 7 - no Play tab indicator, no sound after
- step 8 - Play tab indicator is shown and sound is "released" after focusing the tab

Can we fix this? or it is something we cannot fix?

I don't think this is our problem, it's more like the website issue.
Sometime we don't show the icon is because the website doesn't play any sound.

For example, 
In the step3, I don't receive any sound when the tab in the foreground, and I've opened the notification sound in my account setting.

In the step4, I also don't receive any sound notification.

In the step5, If the tab doesn't be active after restart the firefox, the website doesn't know it has incoming call.
