Details
Update official builds to use rust 1.15.1 now that it's available. This corrects a signature in a new std library call, and incorporates a fix for the -fPIC issue so we can go back to using upstream builds for linux32. https://blog.rust-lang.org/2017/02/09/Rust-1.15.1.html
