Problem: Load an RSS file with TLS, such as https://www.thestar.com/feeds.topstories.rss After loading, the location bar does not show a green secure lock. Clicking the i-in-a-circle icon at the left of the URL shows "Not Secure" in red text. Expected result: The green secure lock should be displayed. Checking the network requests via the dev tools shows that all elements were loaded with TLS. For what it's worth, Chromium 55 shows the green lock.
