For those runnables [1] dispatching via nsContentUtils::AddScriptRunner(), they do *not* need to be labeled because they are not related to threads.

All labeling work in layout specific modules are done now.
In next phase, as soon as bug 1350432 is in progress, it might encounters a variety of issues, ex, thread racing, stability issues in layout code and need further tweak in order to get new scheduler work as expected.
We will open a new bug to track all other bugs at that time.
