[Steps to reproduce]:

 1. Go to some page
 2. Open RDM
 3. In the device selector above the viewport, choose "Edit list" to show the
 device model
 4. Click "Add Device" to create a custom device
 5. Close this menu from step 4 and and go again to Edit List -> Custom Device

[Expected result]:

"Add Device" button is displayed

[Actual result]:

Custom Device" menu is already opened and populated with informations from the last time.
