Next week we are enabling mozilla-esr52 and need TC to serve this branch.

Just some notes I'll dump here: 1. mozilla-taskcluster's config will need to be updated with roles for esr52 [1] 2. mozilla-taskcluster needs to become aware of the treeherder project (run the respository importer) 3. TC automation has been enabled for esr52 and jobs were scheduled on the latest push. Follow up bug will be filed by Ryan to disable unnecessary jobs.
