Steps to reproduce:
on android load page:
https://www.bloomberg.com/politics/articles/2017-03-08/u-k-said-to-signal-brexit-will-be-triggered-in-late-march
and try to start the video
Actual results:
video doesn't play
Expected results:
video should be playing (on chrome it works correctly)

Tested with Huawei MediaPad M2 - Android 5.1.1 on latest Nightly (2017-03-12) and here is a log with the issue. On Chrome the video is playing. On Fennec all branches are affected.

From the log it looks like a HLS video. Set this to depend on bug 577084.
