TopSites now appear in a row of 4 instead of 3. This avoids the really large icons on iPad/iPhone6. On smaller width devices such as iPhone SE, they still need to be a row of 3.
On iPad sized devices there are 8. (Double the amount) But there are no pages.

Verifying as fix on master b3b12590beb. TopSites now appear in a row of 4 instead of 3 on iPhone and 6 in a row on iPad in portrait view.
