To reproduce:
1. Point browser to a page which takes a long time to load,
such as
http://listings.ebay.com/aw/listings/list/all/category137/index.html
2. As soon as the "sending data" message as disappeared in the
status bar and the "transferring data" message appears,
attempt to stop the page from loading by either hitting
Esc or by clicking on the stop icon.
Actual result:
The new page eventually loads even though the stop was requested
long before the new page started rendering.
Expected result:
Activity stops and the browser continues to display the
current page.
I'm using Linux trunk build 2002-03-29-21, i've been seeing this for a long time.
