Clean up nsMsgFolderDataSource.cpp/h.
From bug 1318806 comment #28:
- remove the code we don't need any more after bug 464710
- additional work SM might require
- remove code that is now "#if 0"-ed away.
What do we want to do in this bug?
Is this bug for SM or TB as they are now diverging in respect to this file.
For 1. the code will still be needed in SM. We can just ifdef the whole file away for TB which can be done in bug 464710.
For 2. what does it mean?
For 3. SM may still need that code and may revive it.

Well, it's a mailnews bug. I'm not sure what we want to do, I'll let the SM people take a look.
Point 2 means that SM might want to revive/adapt that code which is now "#if 0"-ed away.
