Clicking the "Switch" button on the snackbar that appears when opening a link in a new tab should probably take us to the normal UI.
Anything else that opens stuff in a new tab and switches to it without asking (and that is not already covered by bug 1303362, e.g. an add-on action in the context menu) should probably do likewise.
Similarly, when we reach the end of session history in a browser tab and want to close the current tab and switch back to its parent, we might want to switch back to the CustomTabsActivity if the parent tab was a custom tab.

Duping this to bug 1347165, since that one has the bigger discussion and we should do this in one go.
