By Bug 1283384 and Bug 1283385, date time picker is implemented for Desktop's Firefox. But Fennec already have "Native" date time picker. So it is unnecessary to include it into Fennec's package. Also, release version doesn't have Intl API, but it uses Intl API without fallback...
