This epic continues where ‘Google Chrome theme parity’ ended, because most of the Google Chrome theme properties are about customizing their New Tab Page (NTP). We may extend this further, however, to include changing base styles of _all_ about: pages. It will require the user stories that are blocking this bug to be complete.
