Prerequisites: - Add the pref "browser.tabs.remote.force-enable" as a boolean and set it to "true" - Set the "dom.w3c_pointer_events.enabled" pref to "true" Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Firefox 2. Go to https://www.bing.com/maps/ 3. Use a stylus to double click on the touch screen Expected result: - In maps, double click with a stylus to zoom in Actual result: - no action Additional notes: - This issue cannot be reproduced on Mac Affected versions: - Firefox Nightly 55.0a1 (2017-03-14) (64-bit) Affected platforms: - Ubuntu 16.04 x64

I think this bug has the same cause as bug 1315189. We can't handle and consume WM_POINTER* to fire WidgetMouseEvent.

Per offline conversation with Stone, this should be fixed along with bug 1345398. Further verification needed here.

Verified with the nightly build (https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/b6ba3e919f561bfabbf4bec7f0f53a23c360adee) and it works fine.
