User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.79 Safari/537.36 Edge/14.14393
Steps to reproduce:
Firefox's internal PDF reader cuts off the top half of all of the letters on PDFs that we print. It appears fine on the screen, but the printed copy looks strange and is often unreadable.
Here's a picture of the printed page.: http://imgur.com/a/j8XvI
I am using Windows 10 with Firefox 52. The printer is an HP LaserJet Pro 200 and it also occurs when I print to my Lanier copier.
Here's how I can reproduce this problem:
1. Pull up this PDF on the screen. Be sure you're using Firefox's internal PDF reader. https://www.superteacherworksheets.com/addition/adding-2digit-noregroup_TTWTN.pdf
2. It should look fine on-screen. Print the document and note the results.
Note: I am not sure if this matters, but the PDF was created with OpenOffice Writer. However, it does print fine with Adobe's Acrobat Reader, as well as Chrome and Edge.
Actual results:
Most of the letters appear cut off at the top. The title, the directions, and many of the numbers on the document are unreadable.

Expected results:
The letters should appear normal and fully formed.
I work for the company that produced the PDF. We have thousands of PDFs like this one on our website. Dozens of our customers have written this week complaining that their PDFs do not print correctly. All customers seem to have just downloaded Firefox 52.0 and are using the Internal PDF reader.
I appreciate you guys taking a look at this. Please let me know if I can provide any additional information.

(I cannot reproduce on Windows10 Firefox52.0.1 64bit.
Both "Microsoft Print To PDF" and "Microsoft XPS Document Writer" printed successfully without truncated.)

I too have a similar experience. When using the built in .pdf viewer in firefox, it *looks* fine, but when I print it out, the top half of all the fonts get cut off.
here is a scan of an actual .pdf that I have printed out https://i.imgur.com/fY8WSPu.jpg The top is printed using the built in .pdf reader in firefox, the second one is printed with Edge Browser
I am using the most recent version of firefox
Hello,
Can you check the status of the Firefox Multiprocess mode (aka e10s) in about:support ?
If it's enabled, disable the multiprocess mode. To do so, go to about:config, look for "tabs.remote" entries and set all of them to false. Restart Firefox and retry to visualize your PDF.
