Bug 1215247 enabled Intl on Android, and thus told dom/tests/mochitest/general/test_interfaces.html and dom/workers/test/test_worker_interfaces.html and om/workers/test/serviceworkers/test_serviceworker_interfaces.html to expect to find Intl defined on the global scope even on Android. Bug 1343744 disabled it on Android on beta and release, without telling those three tests it did (and in fact, they don't currently have any way of saying that - there's a currently-unused nightlyAndroid for things that are enabled on nightly but disabled on aurora/beta/release, but nothing for enabled on nightly and aurora and disabled on beta and release), so as https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer.html#?job_id=86814563&repo=try and https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer.html#?job_id=86814451&repo=try and https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer.html#?job_id=86814597&repo=try show, when 54 merges from aurora to beta in three weeks, those tests will all be permaorange.
