[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: Regression STR: 1. Just start Mozilla Firefox Nightly 55.0a1 (2017-03-29) 2. and look on showing minimize/maximize/close buttons 3. Firefox looks good in today's build. But in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1351668 Thunderbird Daily was also mentioned; and it was not fixed.

Open new bug, just for Thunderbird only, and block this bug and bug #1344839.
