This bug was filled based on the discussion from bug 1335907 comment 91.

Based on slide 4 of this slide deck: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1R-HofYuN0bJcROlwUXStxr5CqcOF6WKooZgciikFJgw/edit#slide=id.g19a4c15f47_0_19 , the GENERAL tab has a "Browser" section which contains the "default browser" options: "Firefox is not your default browser" and "Always check if Firefox is your default browser". 

Actual results: in latest Nightly 55.0a1 (2017/04/04), the "Browser" section doesn't exist.
This section is no longer called out as "Browser" in the latest spec.
