When migrating users of one channel over to another channel via updates, we do not rename any existing shortcuts. So an installation that's been updated from Developer Edition to beta would still have shortcuts that say Developer Edition. We should fix this during the PostUpdate procedure for any shortcuts that we've installed.

My understanding is that the plan is now to do separate builds off of beta using the dev edition branding. In that case, there's no uplift needed here.
