The attached animation adds a second state of functionality to scrolling tabs
Short press: Pages thorough tabs
- If the tab bar is filled with more then 2 pages worth of tabs they should scroll to the last tab that's visible on page 1
- When there isn't more then a page the last tab scrolls to the end of the tab and the arrow greys out (visuals tbd)
- The scroll motion should be 1500ms

Long Press: Steady scroll when the user presses and holds the button.

Update to the scroll styles.
3 States:
1. Single Click - tab moves one tab forward or backwards
(Tabs Scroll - One tab (Click).mp4)
2. Double Click - Tab bar pages
(Tabs Scroll - Paging (Double Click).mp4)
3. Click and Hold - Tabs Scroll
(Tabs Scroll - Steady Scroll (Press and Hold).mp4))
