Underlying Quota Manager, sites with the same origin but different origin attributes have different storage. For example, 2 sites - https://www.foo.com in a default container and - https://www.foo.com^userContextId=2 in a work container both save data to indexedDB; then in Quota Manager they own their indexedDB independently. Right now, the UI in Settings of Site Data is unable to distinguish these cases. We have to consider origin attributes when listing sites in Settings of Site Data.
