User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:55.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/55.0 Steps to Reproduce: 1. Navigate to http://www.oaa-accessibility.org/example/13/ 2. Select the dropdown menu 3. Use the arrow keys to scroll up and down the list for selections Expected Result: The JAWS screenreader reads the output of the selection option from the drop-down menu. Actual Result: Non-e10s: When arrow keys are pressed, the screenreader simply reads "Alabama/Alaska". e10s: It just reads "blank"

This issue is still reproducible with the below specs - This continues to happen whether or not e10s is enabled. When e10s is enabled: It does not recognize the drop-down window When e10s is disabled: When arrow keys are pressed, the screen reader simply reads "Alabama/Alaska" Firefox Nightly - 57.0a1 JAWS Version - 18.0.4938
