If a user signs into their Firefox Account on first run we should automatically undo any automigrated data

(Whiteboard: [photon-onboarding])
In our new onboarding flow, when the Firefox window opens automigration starts in the background. Meanwhile the user is presented with a page where they can sign into their Firefox Account. If the user signs in here we should automatically undo (not keep) any automigrated data in favor of the Firefox data that will be pulled in by sync. This will prevent confusion and the user's data from potentially being mixed with that from another browser accidentally.
