User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: I have updated firefox to 53 version, I have simply a proxy configurated. Actual results: With Firefox 53 (Italian language) I can not browsing, I reach the web sometimes. The proxy is always the same and it is configured properly. Sniffing the traffic I noticed that firefox sometimes does not send traffic to port 8080 (proxy port). After update Firefox is unusable. Expected results: Works.

This may be a duplicate of bug #1360574. Can you confirm this is an authenticating proxy? Is it ok after you restart Firefox and then stops after some time?
Yes, is an authenticating proxy through NTLM. I think that's the same issue of bug #1360574
