Confirmed for the mozilla nightly dd. Apr. 7 (sorry, I couldn't generate more user agent info) on Win 2000. Mozilla shows a totally blank window on a clean, new profile ("default user") and also on profiles from previous builds (last week). Same for mailnews : here I have a three-pane empty window.
