During the recent context menu re-organization walletContextOverlay.xul was removed from the build, but the reference to it remained in the file chrome/overlayinfo/communicator/content/overlays.rdf for people who upgraded old builds. This reference to a missing file caused the browser window to display without chrome (bug 135222). We can probably get around the immediate problem by putting a blank file in as a placeholder, but the overlay system should tolerate missing files. A way for the installer to unregister these references would be nice, too.
Looks more or less like bug 27222 from two years ago regressed. Adding waterson.
We should fix this the right way instead of the bug 135222 hack for the real 1.0
