probably dupe of bug 502908
There isn't really enough here to be really sure which bug to dupe this to, but 502908 is as good a guess as any. We have a gazillion bugs on file about how people want quitting to work, and when they do/don't want warnings, etc... so without more details, the default assumption is that this isn't a new thing.

Gijs,

Thanks for your attention to this bug. It's appreciated.

As far as I can recall, this was working... More than one tab open shows a popup. Rarely I am trying to hit ctrl-w but slip up and hit ctrl-q.

This bug seems to come and go. What's up with the developers?
