We are disabling moz-prefixed gradient functions in bug 1337655, but dbaron thinks we should probably only do that for nightly at the moment. So we need another bug to track its unshipping to beta and release.

And it is still blocking stylo because we don't have -moz-prefixed gradient functions implemented there.

I'm ok with doing this *soon*; I just think we should explicitly wait at least a few weeks and then explicitly search for reports of problems (including some that might not be triaged well).

Agreed. I'll ask my team to keep an eye on incoming reports.

Xidorn, the moz-prefixed gradient functions were re-enabled when bug 1337655 was backed out. Do you still plan to disable these moz-prefixed functions before we ship Stylo?

We cannot do so before Gmail fixes bug 1182775. If Gmail fixes that soonish, we may be able to disable that again, but we need to implement it in Stylo anyway, because we don't have enough time to prove disabling that is safe for release before Firefox 57 starts its cycle. See also bug 1366544 comment 2.

Thanks. Sounds like we'll need to implement the prefixed names for Stylo, so I'll remove this unprefix bug from the Stylo bug dependencies.
No longer blocks: stylo-release
