[Affected versions]: Nightly 55.0a1 [Affected platforms]: Platforms: Windows 10 x 64, Ubuntu 16.10 and Mac OS X 10.12 [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Go to https://devtools-html.github.io/debugger-examples/examples/todomvc/ 2. Open Debugger. 3. Open any js file and open it (e.g todo-view.js). 4. Click on the gutter, any line with written code and add many breakpoints/conditional breakpoints. 5. Navigate to any another js file and open it (e.g app-view.js). 6. Close the second opened js file. 7. Refresh the page and go throw the breakpoints. [Expected result]: Closed JS files should not be displayed after reloading the page. [Actual result]: After reloading the page closed JS files are still displayed.

This should be addressed by this issue in GH: https://github.com/devtools-html/debugger.html/issues/2715
Priority: -- → P2
Fixed here: https://github.com/devtools-html/debugger.html/pull/2999 Should be in the latest Nightly. However I'm still seeing one file linger...
I cannot reproduce this on nightly.

I'm going to assume this is only an issue with the new debugger which is off in 55.
