Steps to reproduce: * Navigate to https://vimeo.com/152452551 * Open a new window with about:support * Click on Terminate GPU Process Expected results: Video should continue to play. Actual results: Audio plays but video is shown as black.

when the GPU process is active, dxva appears deactivated and no hardware decoding is happening for me (Nightly 55.0a1 (2017-06-04) (64-bit)
