Sometimes, it's impossible to move backwards at the end of a line. E.g. Reply to email, go down a few lines from the top, into the original text, hit enter once or twice, then try Ctrl-back-arrow. Nothing happens. Backspace can sometimes fail. The workaround is to go to previous line, then move ahead.
WFM 2002073008 WinME Ctrl + left|right jumps the caret one word in appropriate direction. chris, are you still seeing this? What build are you using?
Bug is fixed - I downloaded Mozilla 1.1b 8/9/2002 and could not recreate problem.
