Currently openURIInFrame only reads the userContextId field of its openerOriginAttributes (http://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/20963d7269b1b14d455f47bc0260d0653015bf84/dom/interfaces/base/nsIBrowserDOMWindow.idl#20). It would be better if it propagated all of the fields through the frame, rather than just the userContextId.
