According to the wiki [1], we should label the field in the Form Autofill add/edit dialog "Country or Region" instead of "Country". [1] https://wiki.mozilla.org/Lists_of_Countries_and_Regions

Tested on Mac OS X 10.12. Windows 10, Ubuntu 16.04 tested with FF Nightly 56.0a1(2017-07-30) and I can confirm the fix. I will mark this as resolved fixed.
