After bug 1350246, nightly can native support HLS.
This patch intend to allow the mediaelement playing HLS directl instead of downloading the m3u8 manifest.

Explicit CC Kilik Kuo.
It is weird that cc the name starting with 'k' while opening the new bug, the hint dialog did not prompt.
Bugzilla should respect the name starting with 'k' like Kilik Kuo.
