User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.86 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Browse to a JIRA that has an image attachment (mine is a png file). 
Click on the image so the overlay appears and see the download button in the top right
Click the download button. Firefox crashes the tab.

You can also go directly to the attachment link which crashes the Firefox tab. Mine is :  https://jira.xxxxxxx.com/secure/attachment/xxxxxx/expected%20on%20mobile.png

The image should be downloaded

Is it possible to access to a JIRA demo server to reproduce the issue? Or with a guest account?

If the crash is reproducible, we really need a testcase.

That crash report panics on this line

which says "Bogus encoding name".

Yes I think it is a duplicate of bug 1372994 (since it happened around the same time and fixed around the same time)
