If there is another application running then Mozilla will stay minimized but once everything is minimized Mozilla will still pop back up Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Minimize Everything expect for mozilla 2.Try to minimize mozilla 3. Actual Results: Mozilla Poped back up Expected Results: stayed minimized so I can see my windows desktop
