All secrets in docker-worker worker type definitions need to be migrated to taskcluster-secrets, so that no confidential information exists in docker-worker worker type definitions.

Changing the title from "migrate" to "copy" since we'll leave the old "secrets" data in place in the worker type definition until we land bug 1375195.

In the end, the docker-worker secrets copying was handled by the go program attached to bug 1375182.

I've validated that the secrets were copied successfully, so closing this bug now.
