User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:54.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/54.0 Build ID: 20170612122443 Steps to reproduce: Start Tours from the Home Screen. Enable Responsive Design Mode. Set screen size to various sizes; for example 800 x 480 Actual results: Tours screen does not resize. Unable to scroll screen to access off-screen portions of the Tours window. Expected results: Tours resizes to match screen size, or screen can be scrolled to access off-screen portions of the Tours window.
