Actually, bug 1379339 added a comment about this bug in build/macosx/mozconfig.common, but it sounds like it really meant the other bugs that prevent local builds having stylo enabled by default.

Bug 1379339 was about building Stylo on Mac in automation. This bug is about building Stylo on Mac by default for local builds and in automation. Local builds are still blocked by some clang issues with hangs and header file include paths. Ralph should be addressing those issues when he returns from PTO next week.
