PPembed has this problem, but i noticed it in mfcEmbed too.
If you try to d/l a file (say a daily build from the moz homepage), nothing ever
gets downloaded if you use the packaged builds because the xul file d/l dialog
isn't present.
The easy fix is to add this dialog to the base embed manifest, but i didn't know
if we wanted to do that. i'd suggest we make this an option like prefs and
security. adam? jud? comments?

so i checked and we are packaging up the downloadProgress.xul file in
embed-jar.mn. any other ideas why mfcembed and ppembed can't download files?

The downloader component is JS. Looking in my Embed/Components dir, there are no
JS components. Let me see what we need.

Adding nsHelperAppDlg.js and nsProgressDialog.js to the embed dist didn't do it.
It's going to take more looking.
