PPembed has this problem, but i noticed it in mfcEmbed too. If you try to d/l a file (say a daily build from the moz homepage), nothing ever gets downloaded if you use the packaged builds because the xul file d/l dialog isn't present. The easy fix is to add this dialog to the base embed manifest, but i didn't know if we wanted to do that. i'd suggest we make this an option like prefs and security. adam? jud? comments?
so i checked and we are packaging up the downloadProgress.xul file in embed-jar.mn. any other ideas why mfcembed and ppembed can't download files?

Summary: No d/l progress dialog in packaged embedding builds → Can't download files in packaged embedding builds

The downloader component is JS. Looking in my Embed/Components dir, there are no JS components. Let me see what we need.
Adding nsHelperAppDlg.js and nsProgressDialog.js to the embed dist didn't do it. It's going to take more looking.
