If you open a new tab the page get's rendered properly.

Can't reproduce: Not broken with my Build 20170627183545 on Debian Testing x64 with Default Theme.

Hm, you shouldn't have Times New Roman (or similar) as font on about:privatebrowsing. So this shouln't be with a clean profile, or not? What are your settings? I thought about:privatebrowsing is a chrome url (bug 1294570) that isn't styled with stylo yet?

The funny part is the second tab that renders properly ... but the first one always renders badly.

(Just to be sure that no addon or another pref is responsible or to find out how to get there.)

Bug 1376805 should fix this.
