In bug 1376805 we're disabling stylo for about: pages other than about:blank. We should implement the features needed to re-enable this around the same time that we tackle chrome document support.

This is irrelevant anymore. After bug 1400540, we start using the principal and document type to decide what backend to use (with some blacklist on individual pages).
