Open the onboarding tour, and click "Show Private Browsing in Menu"
The menu opens and the entry is highlighted, but the highlight is shifted a bit to the rightwards and downwards.
Clicking "Show Private Browsing in Menu" again fixes the problem.

This seems to happen only on the first time you click the Private Browsing Button.

The mentioned behavior is happen on Windows 7 x64 for "Add-ons" and "Customization" as well, if interact for the first time with either of them. On the second interaction the highlight seems to happen correctly.

Yeah I agree this would have to be a P3. If it can't be fixed, maybe Alex's workaround (bug 1049130 comment 1) will be helpful.
