We plan to ship Stylo to all desktop platforms in Firefox 57, so we can stop running non-Stylo tests on those platforms in Nightly 59 (i.e. after 57 hits the Release channel).
Setting tracking flag so dashboards don't treat this as untriaged.

Apparently "unaffected" wasn't enough to suppress from the dashboards.
